Jazzy Play: uma escola online com aulas de dança, fitness e desportos de combate

As escolas e clubes Jazzy escolheram o Dia Mundial da Actividade Física, 6 de Abril, para lançar uma escola de dança online. A Jazzy Play é uma plataforma online com aulas de dança, fitness e desportos de combate, incluindo tutoriais e consultas de nutrição para toda a família.

As escolas online, fruto das necessidades geradas pela pandemia da Covid-19, diluem as barreiras físicas (e as desculpas) que antes impediam a prática de desporto. “Costuma dizer-se que as dificuldades aceleram as oportunidades”, anuncia o grupo em comunicado. “Foi colocada em prática uma ideia que estava na gaveta: a criação da primeira plataforma em Portugal capaz de reunir dança, fitness e desportos de combate, com conteúdos criados para todas as idades”.

A Jazzy Play permite que qualquer pessoa, independentemente do seu nível físico e técnico, possa assistir a mais de 120 aulas online, seja de dança, fitness ou desportos de combate – sem esquecer os mais novos que têm aulas especiais só para eles. Pelo meio, há ainda consultas de nutrição e dicas para manter a forma, mesmo em tempos de quarentena.

Para quem já é sócio e aluno da Jazzy Dance Studios, Jazzy Fight Club, Jazzy Life Club e Academia Life Club, o acesso à Jazzy Play será gratuito durante os primeiros três meses. Os que se estrearem nesta nova vida agora têm direito a dez dias de acesso gratuito e, depois disso, uma assinatura com preços a partir de 8,33€. As inscrições podem ser feitas aqui.

Em breve a Jazzy Play lançará também cursos, treinos e consultas nutricionais personalizadas. É estar atento.
